Search Brite is the basic BRITE mapping (ontology enrichment) tool, where given objects (genes, proteins, compounds, glycans, reactions, drugs, etc.) are searched against BRITE functional hierarchies and found objects are marked in red.
The objects in different types of BRITE hierarchies are specified by the following KEGG identifiers and aliases.
