Search KEGG Enter keywords to search definition lines of all the KEGG databases and the entire text of the BRITE database. This is equivalent to the KEGG search in the KEGG2 page.
Get Entry Enter a KEGG object identifier, such as C00002 for ATP, to retrieve the corresponding entry. The KEGG object identifier consists of a five-digit number prefixed by an upper-case alphabet, K for KEGG orthology, C for compound, D for drug, G for glycan, R for reaction, M for pathway module, and H for human disease. It may also be prefixed by a 2-4 letter code (any of the KEGG organism codes and some reserved codes including map, rn, ko, and ot) for pathway. In addition, an EC number is accepted for enzyme.
Select organism Enter a three- or four-letter KEGG organism code, such as "hsa" for Homo sapiens, to access the organism-specific page in KEGG. The "find organism" window will pop up by cliking on the Organism button. Enter text in the Organism box to find the code.
