KEGG Atlas

KEGG Atlas is an advanced graphical interface to explore the KEGG global maps with zooming and navigation capabilities. The latest version of KEGG Atlas released in April 2009 has been developed using the Google Web Toolkit (GWT). It handles the PNG image file generated from the KGML+ (KGML+SVG) file with the canvas element in HTML 5. The following KEGG global maps can be handled with KEGG Atlas.

KEGG Atlas v1.1 released July 1, 2010
- Layer information is added, such as modules in metabolic pathways.
- Limited to the global maps.

- The second version of KEGG Atlas using the Google Web Toolkit (GWT) and the canvas element in HTML 5.
- Applicable to the new global metabolism map and all KEGG pathway maps drawn by KegSketch.
